Our meals are catered to your choice and uniquely, freshly prepared each morning by our chef using organic foods grown on our property and from local, sustainable sources.
Typically we serve a 4-course breakfast including fruits, breads, pastries, and main entree. Beverages such as coffee, tea, organic tea, cappuccino, expresso, fresh squeezed orange juice and more are available.
We exercise the utmost care for our environment and promoting green practices. We have visited local, small organic family farms in Lancaster County to source the perfect ingredients for you. We use local, organic meats and vegetables in from Central Pennsylvania. We are committed to the local economy and healthy foods.
